Our Corner Bead with Mesh and 3mm Nose is the go-to solution for achieving precise and durable corners in thin coat render systems.

Crafted with quality in mind, our corner bead features a rigid PVC 90° angle, complemented by two fibreglass mesh ‘wings’ measuring 100mm and 150mm. Designed for ease of installation, this corner bead is embedded along all external corners of render-only or external wall insulation systems within the cementitious basecoat layer.

Not only does it ensure perfectly accurate 90-degree corners, but our Corner Bead with Mesh and 3mm Nose also provides essential protection against impact damage, enhancing the longevity and integrity of your render system.

With a length of 2.5m, this corner bead seamlessly integrates into the basecoat layer, remaining discreet once the render is complete. Plus, its mesh reinforcement makes it ideal for strengthening areas around windows and doors.

In thin coat render systems, a nose isn’t mandatory for the corner bead. Typically, the corner bead is fully embedded within the basecoat layer of the render. However, some installers prefer having a nose on the corner bead to serve as a depth guide for the basecoat.
